you're stuck on a feature, or you just want to share feedback — we want to hear from you.

Try these first
Most issues clear up in a minute or two:
- Billing issue? Tap Restore Purchases in the subscription screen.
- Reminders not arriving? Check iOS Settings → Notifications → LittleNest.
- Sharing trouble? Make sure both caregivers are signed into the right Apple ID.
- Sync acting up? Force-quit and reopen — that often does it.
When you write us
It helps if you include:
- A short description of what's happening
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, if you know them
- A screenshot, if it's a visual issue
